"On the twelfth day of Christmas, my StuCo gave to me...candy canes to enjoy during our half-day festivities!" We hope all of our Coyotes have enjoyed our holiday fun! Natasha informed Miss Camille that all of us have made it onto the nice list!! Woo hoo! Have a wonderful and safe break, everyone! See you in 2024!

The second graders have been learning about holidays around the world. These are the crafts the students made in each country we "visited".


"On the tenth day of Christmas, my StuCo gave to me...fantastic light up necklaces!" The whole school was merry and bright today with these extra shiny accessories! :)


"On the ninth day of Christmas, my StuCo gave to me...a cookie decorating party!" Our Coyotes had a blast last Thursday decorating some Christmas cookies. The before and after photos say it all! Haha

"On the eighth day of Christmas, my StuCo gave to me...classic Christmas movies at lunch!" We all enjoyed Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer today. We also had our monthly lunch poll to guess the flavors of a special Pawnee Pride popcorn mix!




"On the sixth day of Christmas, my StuCo gave to me...an indoor snowball fight!" The kids loved this organized chaos during lunch yesterday - Haha! :)






"On the seventh day of Christmas, my StuCo gave to me...a Christmas story time!" At the end of lunch today, our StuCo President, Blake, (decked out in moose antlers) read "Elmore the Christmas Moose" by Devorah Petty to our Coyotes! Afterwards, everyone got to pick out a festive bookmark to take home and the book was donated to our library here at the school.

The Pawnee High School Silent Auction Fundraiser is LIVE!!!!! Come check out these awesome baskets and place your bids! They all make great Christmas gifts! We are adding items daily! Bidding closes on Thursday, December 14th at 6:45 pm. Items may be picked up that evening with cash or check made out to Pawnee School. All proceeds benefit our four high school classes. "On the fifth day of Christmas, my StuCo gave to me...a traveling hot chocolate cart!" Some of our Officers went from room-to-room today spreading some chocolate-y cheer! :)


The Creative Arts Students will be serving an amazing dinner before the Christmas Program next Thursday, December 14, starting at 5:30pm. There will also be a complimentary kids meal available, which will include mac and cheese, toasted bread and apple slices with caramel dip. The third and fourth grades had a great field trip to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. We enjoyed a Planetarium show, an IMAX show, and looking at various rocks and minerals that we've studied about. The gift shop was quite a hit, as well!
