The Annual Pawnee Veteran's Day Program was on Thursday, November 9. Thank you to our Veterans, the community members that attended and our students, who put on a fantastic tribute with the help of our Creative Arts staff; Mrs. Haun, Mrs. Malcom-Dunfee and Mrs. Wahlert.

Update!! If you would like to order some hats and your student does not have an order form (or if you know any community members that are interested but don't have students currently enrolled) there is now an order form conveniently located in our front office! The lovely Miss Deb (or the lovely Miss Leona who is not pictured) would be happy to take your payment! Orders will CLOSE on November 21st! Thank you all for your support! :)


Per the request of several community members, the StuCo hat fundraiser is back!! But this time...we've added beanies!! Perfect for winter and gift-giving season! All of the same baseball caps are still available too! Orders need to be in by Thanksgiving break (Nov. 21) in order to receive them in time for Christmas! Find a StuCo member (any student 5th - 12th grade) and place your order asap!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!

Thanks to Donavon Ellis and Cash Haun for their help with putting up the flags on main street. We will be honoring our Veterans and active duty soldiers in our program today.


The kindergartners and preschoolers made turkeys from Play-doh, beads, feathers, and colored popsicle sticks.









The JOHNSON FRUIT Sale is here! The Senior Class is selling boxes of apples, grapefruit, oranges and pears as well as jerky and nuts. Today was the much anticipated "Pie a Student Council Officer" day! The lucky winner was our Junior High Representative, Sawyer Malcom-Dunfee. She was pied by fellow officer Bailey Loyd. Sawyer also got to pie StuCo sponsor, Dylan Rose. Half of the proceeds, $250, will be donated to Sawyer's charity of choice, The Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative. We can't thank the Grover Community enough for their support. Thank You for making this possible!







Yesterday our StuCo Officers attended the North Central League Student Council Summit in New Raymer at Prairie High School and had a great time! They are so excited to share what they learned with their peers. :) So proud of all of them!


Don't Forget that tomorrow Tuesday November 7, is School Picture Retakes.
We will also be having Class and Club pictures. FFA needs to have Official Dress and Clay Target Team needs to wear their blue shirts with patches.
It is also not to late to order pictures that were taken in September.

K-1st grade went on a hunt for different sound pitches and found lots of different High-Low sounds! We have been learning about music dynamics, tempo, pitch, and incorporating those things into fun activities!

Congratulations to our First Quarter Honor Roll Students!









The preschoolers and kindergarteners enjoyed the Halloween party and parade. Thank you to all the parents and family members who privided snacks and treat bags! We would also like to thank Mrs. Haun and her classes for the fun beverage made for the elementary classes!




1st graders made Jack O"Lanterns to wish you a happy Halloween!




TOMORROW IS HALLOWEEN!! Encourage your students to dress up (school appropriate costumes only, please!) and participate in our parade and costume contest! There will be four winners! Parents wanting to come watch the parade and cheer on our students are welcome! The plan is to start it at 3:00 pm. And don't forget to send your students to school tomorrow with their jack-o'-lanterns! Those winners will be announced tomorrow afternoon as well! Let's get spooky, Coyotes! :)


High School students had a great time at Construction Con today! Students had the opportunity to explore the multitude of career opportunities and different pathways into the construction industry and participate in many industry-related games and activities!





NEXT WEEK!! Join us for our pumpkin carving contest on Monday and Tuesday! Have your students bring their completed jack-o'-lantern to school and display it in the lobby. Our judges will deliberate and announce the winners (TEN prizes up for grabs!) at the end of the day on Tuesday! Can't wait to see what our creative Coyotes come up with! :)
